These terms and conditions are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the sale of goods proposed online by Pashon.co.uk for the customer.

By using the website you are confirming that you are:

We may from time to time change these terms at our sole discretion. By using this website after any such change(s), you agree to comply with, and be bound by, the Terms as changed.
ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE
We make every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that the website is free from computer viruses, It is your responsibility to take precautions in this respect. Pashon Ltd shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
PLACING AN ORDER
Your order will only be confirmed and the contract will be accepted at the point of shipping or despatch. We reserve the right to reject any order.
After placing an order online we will email you a confirmation of your order. This email will confirm you have ordered and the price. This is not an order acceptance from us.
Orders can be placed easily on the website, but you are welcome to call us or what’s up us on 07872306419 with your order or any queries.
We will contact you to confirm stock availability on your order, so please provide a daytime contact number or an email address you will check regularly. It is also possible to make changes to your order at this time.
PROOF OF TRANSACTION
The records stored in OUR computer systems under reasonable safety conditions are considered proof of communications, orders and payments made between the parties.
Purchase orders and invoices are stored on a reliable and durable system and can be produced as evidence.
OUR PRODUCT(S)
We have taken great care to ensure that the items on our website are presented as accurately as possible. However, colour clarity will depend upon your own personal monitor/screen and we therefore cannot guarantee that the colour of the actual item is absolutely accurate. Before placing an order please read through these Terms.
Not all our shops items are displayed on our website. If you wish to order an item that you liked in any of our stores, please contact the store and make the purchase over the phone.
Manufactures and brand names are only used for identification purposes. Product photos, descriptions and prices are non-contractual.
VALIDITY PERIOD OF OFFER AND PRICES
Our offers and prices are valid for the day the site is consulted and are subject to change without notice.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include, where applicable, the VAT at the prevailing rate unless stated.
Where applicable, delivery costs will be added to the total price of the goods.
DELIVERY TERMS:
Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the purchase order and only to geographic zones that we service.
All products leave our premises in perfect condition. The customer must notify the carrier (or postman) of even the slightest trace of damage (holes, signs or crushing, etc.) to the parcel, and refuse the package if necessary. A new, identical product will then be sent to the customer at no additional charge.
No exchanges can be made at a later time for goods claiming to be damaged during carriage without notification at the time of reception.
As with any shipment, a delay or loss of goods is possible. In such a case, the carrier shall start an investigation. Every effort is made, for as long as necessary, to find the package. If the package is not found, the carrier must be contacted and will be reimburse the customer depending upon the delivery option chosen by the customer.
We recommend the use of Royal Mail Special Delivery as this fully insures the product up to a maximum value. Royal Mail Signed for will not cover jewellery for compensation therefore whilst we offer this service we do not recommend it and it chosen at the customers risk. We shall not be held responsible for delayed delivery times due to the carrier, including for the loss of goods, bad weather or strikes.
LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
We cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss of items or part thereof in transit or for any discrepancy between the goods delivered and the goods ordered unless you give written or email notice of a claim to us and the carrier within three (3) business days of delivery.
In the event of damage of goods or part thereof in transit or for any discrepancy between the goods delivered and the goods ordered, you must hold the goods and make them available for inspection or collection by us or its representative on request.
DELIVERY ERRORS
You must inform us immediately (the same day or, at the latest, the first business day following delivery) concerning any claim of delivery error or non-conformity of goods, in kind or in quality, compared with the information on the purchase order.
Any claim made after this time period will be rejected.
All claims must be made in writing and sent to Pashon Ltd address.
Any claim that does not respect the rules defined above cannot be taken into account and releases us from any responsibility to you.
In the case of delivery error or exchange, all goods to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to us in whole, in its original packaging and in perfect condition to Pashon Ltd address.
For claims to be accepted, you must first make a declaration to us concerning any returns and receive our consent. If accepted you will ship the package to Pashon Ltd address.
Shipping fees shall be at our expense, except in the case where the goods do not correspond to the original declaration by the customer concerning the return.
RETURN POLICY
Unwanted items: We want you to be completely happy with by our purchase from our website that is why we offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If for any reason you are not happy with the item(s) you have received, then we are happy to exchange them or give you a full refund provided:
The item(s) that returned have not been worn and are not damaged;
Item(s) are returned with all the original packaging;
Item(s) returned are in a re-saleable condition;
Proof of purchase and original documents are returned with the items;
Returns are made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
In the interests of hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund earrings for pierced ears. This does not affect your legal rights.
We will require you to pay for the return postage to us. As you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us, we recommend that, for your own protection, you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery e.g. Royal Mail Recorded delivery.
We take great care when picking and dispatching your order. If, by any chance, you receive any item(s) that you have not ordered, a full refund or exchange will be given. In the case of an exchange, please follow the returns procedure. The correct item(s) will then be sent out immediately in receipt of your return.
We will make every effort to refund you within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) to our address.
RIGHT TO USE
The use of any trademarks, logos or brands present on the site is strictly forbidden.
